Shipping policy

Order processing times:

We endeavour to process and ship orders as rapidly as possible, but please allow 1 to 2 business days (excluding public holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Shipping Times:

Unfortunately due to the nature of freight, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Shipping to most major cities takes 1-2 business days, with regional shipping typically taking up to 5 working days. Shipping to remote areas and Western Australia may take longer. If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the freight company involved and replace or refund the order if the order cannot be found and delivered. 

Free shipping: 

We do not offer free shipping at this time.  

Local Pick-Up:

We do not offer local pick up at this time, however you can purchase merch at both our pubs and takeaway beers from Your Mates in Warana.

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
